Shipping and delivery

Order and Payment is open 24 hours a day and therefore you can practically always shop. It can however occur that we close the web shop due to maintenance. You can only conduct a purchase when the web shop is open and available. In order to shop at you are required to have turned 18 years of age and to possess a valid payment card that we accept. If you have not yet turned 18 years of age, then you will still be permitted to conduct a purchase, given that you have obtained the approval of your legal guardian or otherwise possess the legal rights to conduct the purchase. You choose the items that you wish to purchase and place them in the "Shopping bag". You can edit the content of the shopping bag all the way until the actual moment of ordering and you can check the content and the price of the items all along they way.

Potential extra costs of for example, delivery or payment card fees, will not be calculated until the transaction reaches the stage concerning payment. When you are ready to order, you simply click "go to the register", where you fill in your name, address, e-mail, Tel. and payment type, and you choose a delivery method. You are able to edit the contents of the shopping bag all the way up until the point, where you confirm your purchase by pressing the button "Confirm and pay". Hereafter your order will pass on to

Delivery ships all orders to Europe with UPS. All packages are insured and they will all be equipped with a track'n'trace number, so that your package can always be traced. When an order is shipped, the customer will automatically receive an e-mail with a package number.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Confirmation of received order and order confirmation
When you a have made an order with us, you will receive confirmation that we have registered you order. There is however, not a binding purchase agreement until you have received an order confirmation from us.

In order to shop at you must as a minimum disclose:

Telephone/ Cell phone number

The above information will be saved, along with information on which items you purchased, for five years starting from the end of the accounting year to which the information is related, as according to the accounting law's § 10, where after the information will be deleted. The information will not be transferred or sold to a third party, unless this happens in relation to a restructuring, or a complete or partial sale of the company. Any potential transfer in such a situation would happen in accordance with the established personal information laws. As a customer you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of information about you and you can object to a registration in accordance with the regulation on this matter, in the law about processing personal information.

Laws and Jurisdiction
The purchase of products at is subject to Danish jurisdiction. Any conflict will be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
